The next figure study will be held on Tuesday, June 25, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Burrus house.
This is open to the public.
For those who have not yet had a chance to join us, we will be sketching from a live model. Our clothed model will pose, sitting or standing in position, for up to 10 minutes per pose as we increase our skill in drawing the human figure.
The Burrus House, which is owned by St. Mark's Episcopal
Church, is located on the left side of the parking lot if you are facing the church.

This Friday, June 14 from 6-8 will be a reception at the Kirby
Gallery in memory of Patty Boyette. On display in the Kirby
auditorium hallway are several pieces of art that Patty
painted over the years. This memorial display will be up for
the month of June. Any proceeds from sales will go toward
a scholarship in Patty's name through the Art Guild. Patty
was so passionate about her art and touched many over
the years. We invite any who can to attend, enjoy the
display, and share with us your memories. Hope to see
you there.
